Rock Steady Boxing

Designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

Our Rock Steady Boxing classes are designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, using non-contact boxing-inspired training to improve strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. These classes go far beyond traditional exercise—they’re about fighting back against the progression of symptoms in a supportive, high-energy environment.


Each session incorporates functional movements, strength training, agility drills, and boxing combinations tailored to your individual ability level. Under the guidance of a Rock Steady Boxing certified coach, participants work on improving mobility, posture, reaction time, and overall fitness, while reducing fall risk and enhancing daily function.


But Rock Steady Boxing is more than a workout—it’s a community. You’ll train alongside others who understand your journey, building camaraderie, motivation, and resilience together. No boxing experience is needed—just a willingness to move, challenge yourself, and keep fighting forward.


Class schedule: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00–2:00 PM at the Chili Fitness Center, 3313 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624.
